Jason graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a B.A. in Marketing. Jason moved with his family to Appleton in 1980, where he was an active member in the youth group and in 1999 felt the Lord's call to full time ministry. God opened a position here at Emmanuel in May 2002.
Jason is currently working on his Master's degree in Biblical Counseling. Jason met his wife, Charene, here at Emmanuel during a Super Bowl party. They were married in September of 2002.
In September of 2006, God blessed Jason and Charene with their first child, Olivia. In March of 2008, God brought Janessa as the newest member of their family. They are both little gems. Jason and Charene cannot thank God enough for His great blessing in their lives!
Jason is responsible for all youth activities, children's ministries, visitation and outreach ministries.
He is a sports enthusiast and really loves playing golf, ultimate frisbee and softball. He organizes our church softball team which plays in an inter-church league each summer on Monday nights.
