Jason graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a B.A. in marketing. Jason moved with his family to Appleton in 1980 where he was an active member in the youth group and in 1999 felt the Lord's call to full time ministry. God opened a position here at Emmanuel in May 2002.

Jason is currently working on his Master's degree in Biblical Counseling. Jason met his wife, Charene here at Emmanuel during a Super Bowl party. They were married in September of 2002. In September of 2006, God blessed Jason and Charene with their first child, Olivia. She is truly God's gift to them!

Jason is responsible for all youth activities, children's ministries, visitation and outreach ministries.

He is a sports enthusiast and really loves playing golf, ultimate frisbee and softball. He organizes our church softball team which plays in an inter-church league each summer on Monday nights.
